Hilarious
This was for a friends b-day and it was hilarious when she realized that the floral pattern was more than meets the eye. ;) The only problem was that it took 2 weeks to arrive so the gift was late. Not sure what happened. Seems to be a good quality mug.

Great product and service
The product is so fun and arrived quickly to the destination. Deducting one ⭐️ because the ordering process made it impossible to send as a gift. The shipping label automated my own name from the billing information instead of using the recipient name that I specified, resulting in the package being returned to the warehouse.
Here’s what’s SUPER great: I could EASILY track the package the whole time, so I knew what was up. Customer service responded to my email within less than 5minutes and remedied the issues immediately.
Look Human: please fix your shipping label automation, cause your product is dank. Thanks, fam ✌🏾
