Workout checklist: Stand up. Stretch. Straighten Blankets. Lay Down In Bed. Sleep. I mean, at least you did some exercise. Getting out of bed for a moment should count as a workout. Fitness is hard, being lazy and taking naps and sleeping is so much easier and let's face it, way more satisfying. So yo can go to the gym, I'll be off in dreamland for a lil while.
